“Stella” has a grace to her. She is depicted in oil paints, and with additional touches of gold leaf, there is a liveliness about her. Her gele is restrained by the edge of the canvas on one hand, and yet it still has a wonderful flamboyance about it, especially contrasted with the orange background.
